The Toning Tables Work
Many of our customers will happily verify the tremendous benefits
obtained, both with losing inches, and greatly improved mobility for
those with Arthritis. They can also tell you that exercising in a warm
and friendly atmosphere with other nice people, and helpful, caring
staff is a very enjoyable experience. Our 18 years experience in the
Leisure industry has taught us that our Customers are our greatest
asset, and should be treated accordingly.
Great care was taken in the selection of equipment
for our centre. Although by far the most expensive available,
Vitaculture was chosen, partly for their technical superiority, but
mainly because they were designed and built by a specialist Medical
Equipment manufacturer, in Dortmund, Germany, and were therefore right
for the job. This has been well proven over many years, since 1989.
One session a week is sufficient for inch Loss,
whilst twice a week is recommended for Flexibility. 48 hours should be
left between each session.

This provides the equivalent of 760
hip-walks. Lifts, firms and shapes the bottom, hips and thighs
and is effective against cellulitis. The alternating movement of
the pelvis exercises the spine. By clenching the buttocks and
pulling in the stomach the pelvic floor muscles are tightened.
The sideways position exercises the hips and waist and tightens
the sides in the hip region. Additional workout is done by the
use of ankle weights. |

The stress-less movement of the hips
improves the range of movement of the hip joint and prevents
wear and tear, at the same time gently exercising the stomach.
The machine effectively slims and tones the entire leg area
including front, back, and inner thighs, upper thighs and
calves. The special shape of the calf braces prevents damage to
the ankle and ensures that the feet and calves are correctly
positioned. |

The relaxing vibration generates a feeling
of well-being throughout the entire body. The circulation is
stimulated, improving the metabolism of the tissue, which is
relaxing and regenerating for all the muscles. Improved
circulation aids your body in ridding itself of excess toxins
and excess fluids. This table can be done lying on your back or
front.

Gently massages the neck and shoulders
easing tension and improving muscle tone. By raising the arms
above the head the shoulders are pulled back, rib cage lifted
and the spine stretched, improving posture. The special design
of the bolster ensures the spine is relaxed, preventing damage
to the spine, spinal muscles and discs. Progressive exercise is
one by the use of hand weights. |

Gently activates the stomach and thigh
muscles, improves circulation and firms up tissue. This is the
equivalent of conventional sit-ups, firming all abdominal
muscles, and strengthening the lower back. Progressive work is
done by the use of ankle weights, followed by gentle exercises.
